Who provides the insurance? The Lessee agrees to provide full protection for the boiler rental.
Who pays the freight? This is the Lessee’s financial responsibility. Fire Power Boiler Industries will make arrangements. Lessee pays the shipping charge from the shipping location to the plant site and return.
What about fuel and power? The Lessee must provide fuel (including propane tank and regulator for ignition) and power.
What about Feedwater Treatment? Normal boiler feedwater treatment that is regularly used at the plant site may be suitable for the rental boiler. Lessee is responsible for providing salt for equipment that contains a water softener. Lessee is responsible for providing proper chemical treatment regardless of length of rental. Removal of any scale that might develop during operation is the responsibility.
