Our Boiler Service Includes Scheduled Annual or Bi-Annual Inspections for State and/or Insurance Requirements.
Preventative Maintenance Agreements: Our Service Contracts involve three steps. Fireside Maintenance, Water Side Maintenance and Burner Management System Diagnostics. We can provide custom designed service contracts tailor made to fit your operational needs on an annual, semi-annual or quarterly schedule. This will extend the life of your boiler, improve efficiency and reduce down time.
Emergency Service: Whether you’re in need of a combustion technician, code repairs or a rental boiler we provide 24/7 emergency service. Just call our main number (713) 921-9500 and you will be transferred to the on-call technician.
Combustion Analysis and Tuning: Using a combustion analyzer we will adjust the air/fuel mixture of the burner throughout its firing range to meet the required manufacturers specifications. We will then check all running safety interlocks to ensure proper operation of the boiler/water heater.
Mechanical Room Steam Survey: We will assess your steam delivery/condensate return system and provide you with an action plan that fits your budget.
Boiler/Water Heater Installations: Whether you require hydronic heating, domestic water heating or steam process we will design and install a complete boiler system from high efficiency, mid efficiency or economy to meet your operational needs and budget. Once completed Fire Power Boiler Industries will provide your personnel with the proper training to safely operate the equipment. Along with the equipment warranties Fire Power Boiler Industries warranties our workmanship for a period of one year.
- Burner Management System: The definition of a BMS is to provide a method to safely startup, monitor and shut down your process equipment. A proper operating BMS reduces downtime, maintenance costs and provides a safe environment for plant personnel. Fire Power Boiler Industries will repair, maintain or design and install a new Burner Management System to fit your operational needs.
- Boiler/ Water Heater Operator Training: One of the most common call outs at day or night are for simple operational errors. Fire Power Boiler Industries will come to your facility and provide your employees with the proper operator training tailored to your mechanical room. We will discuss proper startup, shut down, basic troubleshooting and required maintenance. This training will help maximize safety, dependability and efficiency of your boilers and their associated equipment.
- Boiler Blow Down Separators: FPBI fabricates and carries in stock boiler blow down separators from 10hp to 800hp. These are designed and fabricated in accordance with ASME Section VIII, Div. I.
- Boiler Feed Water Sets: FPBI can design and fabricate boiler feed water sets to accommodate your operational needs. We offer the following options:
- Fabricate out of A36 carbon steel or 316L stainless steel.
- From single feed pump to multiple pump operation. With or without steam sparger for preheat.
- Make-up water control by float or solenoid operation.
