Burner Services Contracts:
We offer quarterly, semi-annual and annual Combustion Service Contracts tailored to fit your needs. At a minimum we will check the following.
- Using a Combustion Analyzer, we will adjust the air/fuel mixture of the burner to ensure proper combustion throughout its firing range to meet the required manufacturers specifications. Upon completion we will provide you with a computerized printout from the Analyzer.
- We will check all running safety interlocks as applicable such as primary and secondary water level controls, water flow, air flow, furnace pressure and high and low fuel pressure switches.
- We will perform a visual inspection of the boiler for hot spots, water/steam leaks, gas leaks, broken or loose linkages or any adverse conditions.
