Fulton Boiler Installation for VAM Foods in Conroe

Fire Power Boiler Services successfully completed the installation of a new Fulton FBS-100 Propane-Fired Boiler for VAM Foods in Conroe, Texas. This project included the integration of a Fulton Duplex Heated Feed Set, Blow Down Separator, Water Softener, and Chemical Feed System housed within a 40-foot Conex for optimal equipment protection and efficiency.

Our scope of work covered the full mechanical installation, including piping the steam outlet, gas train, blowdown system, and chemical feed connections, as well as integrating a combustion air intake vent, lighting, and electrical power connections. Once the installation was complete, we conducted a factory startup and boiler boil out, ensuring optimal system performance and providing comprehensive training for onsite personnel. This turnkey installation enhances VAM Foods’ operational efficiency with a reliable and high-performance boiler system.
