New Boiler Installation – Clean Harbors, La Porte, Texas

Fire Power Boiler Services successfully completed the replacement and installation of two 150 HP Williams and Davis Boilers at Clean Harbors in La Porte, Texas.

Our team managed the full mechanical and electrical scope, including installing a new 20” stainless steel double-wall flue gas exhaust vent, rerouting piping as needed, and ensuring all connections met regulatory and operational requirements. Additional work included installing a CO monitor, insulating new piping, and performing a factory startup with personnel training. The completed installation enhances Clean Harbors’ steam capacity and efficiency while ensuring compliance with state regulations and safety standards.
